The Junior Leagues of New Jersey’s State Public Affairs Committee (SPAC) represents NJ’s 8 Leagues committed to developing the potential of women as volunteer leaders. SPAC is a NJCAHT founder and inspired its formation at a workshop in 2010. SPAC and NJCAHT have partnered on anti-trafficking legislative advocacy ever since.
